It is dark to black, round, its skin is thin and soft, it can be classified in various sizes JUMBO, MEDIUM, SMALL.

Process
The Grape is harvested to then be elaborated in a Natural dehydrated process, exposed to the Sun, at optimal temperatures in the Aconcagua Valley, after a few days and an optimal handling they are ready to be elaborated in the Plant, under HACCP certification with Laser Sorter and X-Ray Sorter for metal detection.
